Sean Miller is a delinquent teenager who attends Hamilton High School, off and on. Miller also has a history of fighting with Terry McGinnis. He was eventually institutionalized at Dr. Wheeler's ranch. Miller gave up on rehabilitation or that he'd ever be released until McGinnis came up with a plan in isolation. After Wheeler was arrested, Miller was transferred to juvenile hall.
