Mulie was born with a skin affliction and lives with the No Techs in the midwest region. His best friend appears to be Ginger, a pet donkey, and he fashions himself as ladies man, especially towards Amy, daughter of the No Tech leader. Like everyone else, Mulie takes a shift in watching over the perimeter of No Tech Valley. He first sighted Special Agent Bennett's transport and attacked it.
