Mr. Creed is the manager of a Burger Fool in Dakota City. Through a work-study program with Freeman Community Center, Creed hired Virgil Hawkins. Creed is very nonchalant but practices basic rules and regulations. When Hawkins disappeared from work, to interrogate Ice Pack as Static, he was fired.
