Mr. and Mrs. Langford live in Dakota City and are the parents of Allie Langford, a student at Dakota Union High School and Bang Baby. They were unaware of her mutation and plans to go to Gotham City for a cure. After her disappearance, they were called in by Principal Aguilar. The family was soon reunited thanks to Static and Batman. Mr. and Mrs. Langford supported their daughter when she was selected for a Wayne Industries-sponsored program to find a cure.
