Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Goren are the parents of Frieda Goren, a student at Dakota Union High School, are of Jewish descent, and reside in the affluent Dakota Hills neighborhood. Every Hanukkah, the Goren's open their home to friends and family for an annual celebration.
