Howard Lewis works at the Gotham Youth Counseling Center with Dr. Stanton. Lewis does all the video work of sessions and is the Center's librarian. More of a gentle giant, he enjoys playing games with Stanton's son or sculpting art using laser projectors. His technology was one in the same with the vigilante, Payback's. This made him a key suspect until Payback appeared at the same time Batman confronted Lewis. Batman left Lewis' apartment in shambles.
