Kip was Hamilton High School student manipulated by Spellbinder to steal for him. Spellbinder used the new hover virtual reality game to drug unsuspecting victims and get them addicted. Along with Donnie Grasso, Kip was sent to steal and bring new recruits, including Max Gibson. Kip was later rehabilitated and was seen back in school.
