A television personality that incited an anti-hero movement for the sake of ratings. Godfrey stringed the League with social problems using facts laced with fallacies and false truths. His tirade caught the attention of the Justice League but for the most part, never intervened. However, when the League saved the Earth from the Heart of Darkness, Godfrey's ratings plummeted and his show was delegated to public access.
