Maggie Foley is the mother of Richie Foley and wife of Sean Foley, a family living in Dakota City. Her side of the family is of Scandinavian descent. It appears she is a stay-at-home mother and tends to daily chores rather than work. Unlike Sean Foley, she didn't have any racist beliefs and was accepting of her son's friends. The family appears to have come closer after Richie Foley stood up to his father and ran away. They all attended Jean Hawkins' memorial service and a multi-denomination Christmas sermon. When Richie Foley was being controlled by Brainiac, Maggie Foley was completely unaware.
