Frankie D'Amico is a student at Dakota Union High School. D'Amico's best friend was Royce Axelrod, a known juvenile delinquent. The duo stole a briefcase while on the subway, hoping to sell it. They soon discovered the case contained several vials of Quantum Vapor in liquid form. As time went on, D'Amico became more and more apprehensive about the Vapor. It is unknown if he was ever implicated in the initial theft.
