Eugene Dolan is an accountant and married to Becca. Together, they are raising their daughter Adrian. Dolan unwittingly helped the terrorist group Brother's Day purchase weapons through a false charity. Zeta was hired to find any intelligence on Brother's Day. He replaced him and found nothing in his office computer. An NSA agent assigned Zeta to infiltrate his family and continue investigating. During this time, Zeta was moved by Dolan's family and helped Adrian ride her bicycle alone for the first time. After meeting a Brother's Day soldier, Titus Sweete, Zeta concluded Dolan was innocent and released him instead of killing him per protocol.
