Tamara Caulder is a gifted young girl who was taken by the Brain Trust. On route in a thunderstorm, the Trust's vehicle was damaged by saved by Batman. Tamara Caulder continued to secretly make telepathic contact with Batman for help. She was ultimately reunited with her parents.
