Marva Cooper is the daughter of Earl Cooper, private mechanic to Batman. She appears to have begun helping her father when she reached her late teens or early 20's. Years later, the Penguin forced Cooper to sabotage the Batmobile by holding Marva Cooper hostage and threatening to kill her. However, Cooper managed to sneak a safeguard into the Batmobile, and it allowed Batman and Robin to survive. They saved Marva Cooper and defeated the Penguin. Afterwards, Batman decided to move the Cooper's to a new location.
