Harry and Joyce Caulder are the parents of Tamara Caulder, who possesses unique extrasensory perception. The Caulder's wanted her to excel but couldn't afford to send their daughter to a private institution. They encountered a special school named the Academy of Arts and Sciences who offered to take Tamara Caulder in. This turned out to be the Brain Trust. Upon investigating, Batman met them in their apartment at 2014 Riverside and was given the address to the institution.
