Mason Andrews is a scientist that also acts as the main contact between the Hoop Squad and the National Biotech Authority. Andrews also created the robot La Gata, whom he programmed his intelligence and a matronly personality into. He mainly operates in an underground headquarters and remotely coordinates with the Hoop Squad during live missions.
