Amy is the son of John, an elder that leads a group of No Tech's somewhere in the Midwest. The No Techs don't believe in using modern technology and live simply. Amy was raised to be a good housewife and to do her chores like laundry and cooking. However, she always secretly wondered about the outside world. She was soon amazed when a recent refuge was Zeta. The rest of the No Techs were not so eager to learn about him. Despite her pleas, they elected to destroy Zeta but a flood changed their opinion. Zeta and RO Rowan saved Amy and John's lives.
