In the 31st century, the United Planets moved their base of operations from Earth to an artifical planet called Weber's World. The Fatal Five planned to disrupt the inauguration ceremony but needed manpower. Emerald Empress used her Emerald Eye of Ekron to hypnotize every member of the Legion of Superheroes and Green Lantern. Brainiac 5, Supergirl, and Green Arrow raced to Weber's World to stop them. While Brainiac and Arrow faced the Fatal Five, Supergirl defended Weber's World. Green Arrow destroyed the carrier wave and saved Supergirl's life just in time. Weber's World only surfaced some minor property damage.
