Originally called the Dual Cities in 1872, Twin Cities is located in the state of Minnesota in the United States of America. The metropolitan center is composed of the state's two largest cities, Minneapolis and St. Paul, and is near the St. Croix rivers. Minneapolis distinguishes itself with a more modern design wheres St. Paul retains a late 19th century Victorian style.
It was the former home to Ro Rowan's older brother, Casey. It is well known for being home to the "Skyes the Limit" a talk show that reunited broken up families. Filming takes place at a vid studio on 3880 Lexington Way. Like most cities, Twin Cities is connected to the nation wide hover rail system, Hoverways.
