San Palago is a small island somewhere in the Caribbean Sea and appears to be privately owned by the international arms dealer, Roland DeFleures. The island's main exports are fruits, a cover for weapons transactions. DeFleures, himself, resides further inland at a fortified residence. The island receives limited flights and it appears travel to and from Palago is done by boat. Zeta, Ro Rowan, and Bucky Buenventura arrived in search of Infiltration Unit 7 before it could carry out orders to replace DeFleures.
