The No Tech(nology) group lobbied the government for their own land to live in peace away from modern society. They got their wish and settled in a valley somewhere in the American midrest region. Situated near a river to help sustain their crops and other water needs, the No Tech's needed to fortify their levis on an annual basis to prevent the rising river from flooding their homes. The nearest town is estimated to be 30,000 kilometers away. Only a warrant will convince No Tech's to allow outsiders to visit their settlement.
