Diamond Springs is an east coast city in the United States, possibly in Virginia. The city's Central Mall is home to the children's attraction, the Fun Funnel and the Wayne-Powers company holds an interest in the mall complex. Diamond Springs is also home to Arlington Mercy Hospital, complete with an Ultra MRI facility. Zeta and Ro arrived to search for Dr. Selig at a genetics conference but were attacked by the IU7. To compound matters, Batman arrived in pursuit of Zeta, who he thought was responsible. Together they dismantled the IU7 with the hospital's MRI.
A year later, Mr. Foley acquired a box of scrap parts from Arlington for his son, Jace. After Jace took the box home from the Diamond Springs Body Shop to his home located in Strata 13, Sector 199-H, Zone 4, the parts were activated and IU7 began rebuilding itself. After attacking delivery bots, the police surrounded the Foley home. In search of his final part, a plasma cannon, the IU7 returned to the Body Shop and was defeated by Zeta.
