Dakota Platform 247 is from a series of floating facilities originally designed for the military. For unknown reasons, they were abandoned and left to become veritable ghost towns. A cell of Kobra occupied the Dakota Platform 247. When their leader was captured, the cell arranged a trap on a Tuesday at 7:40 am to capture Static and force an exchange with the authorities. After finding Static's Shock Box and hearing the message, Batman and a younger Static infiltrated the Platform. They released Static and defeated the Kobra cell. In the aftermath, the younger Static disappeared and returned to his rightful place in the past.
