On December 22, during one holiday season, Poison Ivy and Harley Quinn went on a shopping spree with the help of a mind controlled Bruce Wayne. They went shopping at the Gotham Bergduff's. As the effects began to wear off, Harley prepared to give Bruce Wayne another kiss after applying Ivy's pheromone lipstick. Wayne backed away and fell down the shaft of an out-of-order elevator. Batman followed them from Bergduff's and apprehended them. During a Father's Day, a battle broke out between Superman and Kalibak at Minerva restaurant in Metropolis. Kalibak was eventually kicked into the Bergduff's across the street. A mannequin fell on him. His scream of frustration shattered all the glassware on display. Years later, Wonder Woman walked through a Bergduff's but could not understand why women covered up their natural beauty with make up. During the brief Thanagarian occupation, the Justice League took refuge in a Bergduff's and took some street clothes on display to hide their identities. To be expedient about everyone's concerns, Batman revealed everyone's secret identity, including his own. They paired up and split off, meeting up at Wayne Manor.
