T-99 is a mutagen created by Dr. Emile Dorian after 20 years of research. After three injections, it permanently alters human genotypes with feline genetic material. Dr. Dorian chose Selina Kyle as his latest subject and injected twice before Batman arrived to save her. She convinced Dorian's prized creation Tygrus to give her the only vial of antigen to reverse her condition back to human.
