The Synaptic Sensor is a cutting edge device that reads the synapses of the human brain and translates thoughts into viewable images that are then stored on a database. It proves to have a higher success rate on adults because a child's mind contains more eratic thoughts.
A Neo Gotham cell of Kobra utilizes this technology to interrogate traitors. When a credit reserve theft was foiled by Batman, a Kobra leader used the Sensor on an agent and learned he tipped off his brother with a cellphone that Batman later traced. A short time later, Kobra used it on Miguel Diaz when according to vid news, he learned Batman's secret identity. Diaz proved resourceful when he replaced McGinnis' face with his Soldier Sam toy.
