In the mid-21st century, another device used by the NSA against Zeta are the Servo-Inhibitors. They are designed to attach to the backside of Zeta and freeze all motor function without damaging any operating systems. However, in the field, the Inhibitors have proven to not perform according to expectations. The non-lethal nature of the weapon is a flaw in itself.
