During a mission in space on Christmas Eve, J'onn Jonzz made telepathic contact with the Nomitian race. They instructed him on how to construct a Gravitation Device to re-establish the orbit of an ice planet. Without it, the ice planet would crash into the Nomitian's homeworld. Jonzz then telepathically relayed the information to Superman, Hawkgirl, Green Lantern, and the Flash. They assembled and activated the device just in time. The ice planet's orbit was safely readjusted.
