The Flame of Rasputin is a precious ruby necklace on loan to the Seaboard City Museum in one of many parallel universes. It appears to be named after a famous yet controversial 20th century Russian mystic, Grigori Yefimovich Rasputin. As a way to determine who was the best villain, the Flame was stolen by Sir Swami. When it was revealed to be a mental construct of Ray Thompson, it is unknown if the actual Flame of Rasputin is still in existence or was destroyed in the nuclear war decades ago.
