The Electro-Amplifier is a device used by Soul Power to boost his power as a method of last resort. It is unknown who invented it, Soul Power or Sparky. Given the formality of the name and Sparky's technical skills, it seems the latter choice. After 30 years of non-use, they still were in working order. Serving as a precursor to Static's Zap Caps, the Electro-Amplifier was later used to short-circuit a trap left by Professor Menace to capture Static and Soul Power.
