In the mid-21st century, Carl Finlay created the Cyclonator after years of research in his late teenage years. He named the technical pod, the Cyclonator, a device aimed to enter active storm systems and neutralize them with disruption waves. It was then wirelessly linked to the Finlay's main transport as a back up and for the other brother to monitor. After taking on a tornado in Gale Plains, the Finlay's learned that targeting the lowest point of it was the most successful strategy.
