When Sonia Alcana, Kathy Duquesne, and Dr. Roxanne Ballantine allied together and created the identity of Batwoman, they came up with a plan and several gadgets. Their primary transportation is a modified mounted rocket glider that can normally accomodate one person. The glider is based in the shape of a bat and matches the color scheme of the Batwoman costume. It was most likely worked on by Dr. Ballantine, the technical genius of the trio.
