Tinya Wazzo is the daughter of Winema Wazzo, United Planets' ambassador of Bgtzl. Tinya helped the Legion of Superheroes prevent an assassination attempt on her mother. Soon after, she joined the Legion as Phantom Girl. A Bgtzlian has the ability to phase through all or any part of their body into an intangible state. She has struck up a romance with teammate, Ultra Boy.
