Stel is a robotic Green Lantern from Grenda. Stel was trained by Sinestro and was assigned to Space Sector 3009. As a Green Lantern, one of Stel's noted exploits was helping capture a group of criminals attempting to escape the Prison Planet of the Guardians of the Universe.
