Green Lantern (Hal Jordan)

Back to Heroes Main > Green Lantern (Hal Jordan)

Real Identity: Colonel Harold "Hal" Jordan
Appearances (JLU): The Once and Future Thing Part Two
Powers: See The Green Lantern Corps
Voiced By: Adam Baldwin

Hal Jordan followed in the footsteps of his father, Martin "The Flying Martini" Jordan as a test pilot for Ferris Aircraft. Jordan soon fell in love with his boss, Carol Ferris. Years later, Jordan was promoted to the rank of Colonel in the Air Force and was stationed in Metropolis. During a battle between Kyle Rayner and Sinestro, they fought near Jordan's plane.

Existing in a parallel dimension, it was US Air Force test pilot, Hal Jordan who become the successor to the Green Lantern Abin Sur after his ship crash landed on Earth in the wake of Sinestro's self-proclaimed mission to kill all Green Lanterns.

When the actions of Chronos disrupted the space time continuum, realities began to collapse onto each other as well. Hal Jordan briefly physically replaced John Stewart and helped the team of Batman, Batman (II), Static and Warhawk appeal to Enid Clinton with his frank and sincere attitude in order to find out where Chronos hid himself.
