As one form of punishment, Hades hangs the dead and lights them in flames to burn for eternity. Or they could be an aesthetic arrangement in his library. Nevertheless, when Shayera Hol, Wonder Woman, and Hades confronted Felix Faust, the skeletons were summoned to attack. Considering their physiology, the skeletons were easily defeated by Hol's mace, Wonder Woman's strength, and Hade's power.
