Scrap is a South American Vulture owned and trained by the Penguin. It is more commonly called the Black Vulture and is native to the America's. It lives by scavenging but is known to attack defenseless eggs and young offspring. With a wingspan of 5 feet, Scrap is a large bird and intimidating to even humans. It serves the Penguin in reconnaissance and active thefts. After being defeated in the suburbs by Batman and a group of children, the Penguin was arrested and Scrap was donated to the Gotham Zoo.
