Rog is a giant robot with various weapons at its disposal. In the parallel universe that contained the war ravaged Seaboard City, Ray Thompson was mutated and gained mental powers that allowed him to recreate the world. Some time later, several members of a Justice League arrived by mistake and uncovered the ruse. While confronting Thompson, he mentally created a giant robot named Rog to terrorize Seaboard. The Justice Guild, part of the fabrication, fought Rog when it arrived at their mansion headquarters. However, they realized what needed to be done and overwhelmed Thompson. Rog, the Guild, and all other constructs disappeared when Thompson collapsed from overusing his power.
