Percival is a vulture owned by the Penguin. Although unconfirmed, Percival appears to be a Lappet-faced vulture, due to its red bald head and white feathers. It is trained by and obeys only the villain. On one occassion, it helped create a diversion and allow his master to escape Batman and Robin in a high speed car chase. It resides in one of his sewer hideaways.
