While investigating a Metropolis cell of Imperium sleeper agents, Batman discovered their base of operations in a closed S.T.A.R. Labs facility. Upon trying to free human prisoners, Batman encountered what looked like a guard dog. However, it was a beast with similar physiology to the Imperium soldiers. Unprepared and overpowered, the dog knocked Batman unconscious. It appears to have the same biological defects as soldiers and would be weak against sunlight. It was assumed to be destroyed after the Imperium was killed by the Justice League.
