Partially sentient beings, the Fire Trolls are essentially living beings composed of molten lava. They dwell in the Earth's core to suit their physiology. However, in one instance, an oil drilling platform near the Bermuda Triangle breached the core and displaced a colony of Fire Trolls. The Fire Trolls swarmed the platform only to be defeated by the Ultimen and the Justice League Unlimited.
