Dolly and Polly are a pair of female bears (possibly Grizzly or Brown) owned by Haley's Circus and are a part of the Kane Family Animal Act. One of their performances is the ability to balance on a rolling object. In recent times, the Mad Hatter implanted mind control technology on them and remotely commanded them to steal for him. Batman and Nightwing intervened and were able to subdue them with a car lift and pneumatic lift truck. After being returned to Haley's, Miranda Kane, head of the Animal Act, inspected them. The Mad Hatter revealed himself and attacked her.
