Named after his owner's perchance for explosives, Boom Boom is a chihauha owned by Mad Stan. Although it is highly unlikely he pays for pet license fees, Stan was enraged at a recent fee increase and planned to blow up the Department of Health. He rigged Zeta to detonate and tricked him into breaking into the Department headquarters. Before Batman could confront him, Stan recorded a message on a commercial DVD, hid it on Boom Boom's collar, and sedated himself. Soon after, Ro Rowan and Batman arrived and safely extracted the DVD from the dog.
