Woof is one of the Jokerz and opted to take part in an illegal medical procedure called splicing. Woof took on the DNA of a laughing hyena and the physical traits of one. As a result, he gained above average physical attributes.
In the Chronos timeline, Woof further developed into a killing machine when he replaced his normal arms with those of cybernetic implants.
