Anthony Romulus was an olympian tri-athlete. He lived off of sports endorsement deals. Romulus earned his awards through an illegal steroid. He turned to Dr. Achilles Milo and took his steroid derivative, laced with timberwolf estrogen. Romulus experienced enhanced physical attributes and amassed a fortune. He began to suffer side effects and periodically transformed into a werewolf. Romulus was blackmailed by Milo into being his slave. In his werewolf state, he rebelled and attacked Milo. The antigen was destroyed in the process and fought Batman. Romulus was never seen again. His estate was sold off soon after.
