A small drug smuggling ring in Gotham City was under surveilance by the Gotham City Police Department. Renee Montoya and Harvey Bullock confronted the ring at Gotham Imports only to be separated. They experienced different encounters with Batman and the drug ring. The henchman escaped and bound an unconscious Batman. The ring's smuggling activity was traced to Hathcock Shipping at the Gotham Docks. With Batman, Montoya defeated the ring and captured the leader before he could flee the scene. Afterwards, Commissioner Gordon took Montoya, Bullock and Wilkes off of suspension.
