Slam is the leader of a street gang in Spring City, Pennsylvania. Operating out of an abandoned building, Slam initiates new members by making them steal food. The gang itself commits petty theft throughout the city. After Ro Rowan escaped the Spring City Detention Center, Slam was in the area and offered her refuge. After Rowan stole food, he took her to a planned robbery at Cred City, a credit station, on 8th and Merrill. She refused to be the lookout and Slam pulled a gun on her. Zeta intervened and saved her. It exposed Zeta to the NSA but Rowan returned the favor. In the confusion, Slam was arrested.
