Scab has been one of the Jokerz for most of his life, once admitting he couldn't read. He secretly longed for real power. While taking a new recruit out of town for initiations, Scab commandeered an experimental government vehicle. He took the vehicle around Gotham and terrorized a Bee Fee Burger and the T's headquarters. He later appeared in the gang that attacked Terry McGinnis and a time lost Virgil Hawkins.
