Rocko & Henshaw are henchmen for hire in the Gotham underworld. They have worked for the Joker on two occassions, aiding the Joker and Harley Quinn in crashing the testimonial for Commissioner Gordon with Charlie Collins in tow. The other time, they accompanied the Joker to Toxic Acres to steal the stolen gains of Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy. The two were in and out of jail and no match for Batman.
