Ozzie is an associate of Ronny Boxer in the illegal dog fight circuit. He conducts some recruiting and procurement but after Boxer automated his fights, Ozzie fell into the liaison position. While undercover, Terry McGinnis convinced Ozzie that he was a trainer and got a contact number for Boxer. After a quick trace, Batman investigated what was one of Boxer's hormone labs.
