Brother of Aquaman, Orm is Atlantean and lived most of his life under the sea. He despises the surface world for polluting the oceans.
In "The Enemy Below," he decided to try to take action against the surface dwellers using nuclear material. He was eventually defeated by his brother and is presumed dead.
